Use jQuery Transit For CSS Transitions & Transforms

Recently I redesigned my resume and want to reveal how I got some of the super buttery CSS transitions, especially on the Rate Card navigation.

I used jQuery Transit, a plug-in that makes CSS transforms and transitions even easier to implement. What takes 5 lines of CSS now takes 1 line of JS thanks to jQuery Transit cross-browser support. I would include an example here, but Rico Sta. Cruz already provides excellent documentation on the official jQuery Transit website.
